Warehouse storage: decide before the free period ends
Keep a short item list and combine parcels only after every item is approved.
Track each item separately
A warehouse is a holding stage between seller delivery and international dispatch. Keep the order number, seller link, exact variant, arrival date, QC status and any return request together. A product appearing in the warehouse does not mean its size, colour or condition has been accepted by you.
Review before consolidating
Compare each item with the order, ask about missing measurements or obvious damage and resolve open questions before adding it to a parcel. Mixing an unresolved item with approved ones can complicate later decisions. Keep packing requests, such as removing a box or adding protection, separate from the decision to accept the item.
Watch the storage deadline
Joyagoo’s published shopping guide describes 90 days of free warehouse storage per item and a paid extension option. Rules can change and individual dates can differ: check the current item record, deadline, extension price and conditions in the account before relying on that guidance. Keep a reminder ahead of the earliest deadline.
Plan the parcel
When all selected goods are ready, review destination, product restrictions, packaging and the available shipping quote. Do not assume that a route offered for another person’s parcel will accept yours. The final parcel decision and payment occur in the Joyagoo account.
Build a warehouse inventory
For each order record the exact seller option, order number, arrival and QC dates, current storage deadline and status of any support request. A simple list prevents the earliest item from expiring while you wait for later purchases. Keep a separate note of which items are ready to ship and which require a measurement, exchange or seller response.
Work backwards from the deadline
Compare the arrival dates of items rather than assuming every product has the same deadline. Set a reminder early enough to check the current account, obtain any missing evidence and decide whether to ship or request an extension. A quoted free period may be revised; the current account and platform terms control the individual order.
Check the condition before you pack
A warehouse photo shows the visible condition at one point in time. Confirm the selected colour and size, count components and resolve any visible damage before authorising consolidation. Check return eligibility and costs with the agent while the relevant request window is open. Packing several items together does not remove an unresolved product problem.
Choose packaging item by item
Original boxes can protect shoes and help keep sets together but add volume. Fragile goods may need extra protection; some products have carrier restrictions. Ask about available packaging options and charges, and consider whether removing a box could affect an item or a later return. Record what you requested and check the final parcel details.
Review the total before submission
Separate the amount already paid for products and domestic delivery from the international shipping quote and potential destination charges. Compare the actual route options available for your parcel, not a price shown for another destination or another shopper. Keep your maximum acceptable total visible before confirming a paid service.
