Tracking status: read the parcel stage

Record the status, route and timestamp; carrier events can appear after hand-off.

Understand the hand-offs

International tracking can include warehouse dispatch, a carrier hand-off, export processing, transit, destination processing and final delivery. Different carriers scan at different times, so an unchanged status alone does not establish that a parcel is lost or held by customs.

Keep a dated record

Save the parcel number, carrier or route, dispatch date, most recent event and its timestamp. Check the tracking details in the Joyagoo parcel area and the carrier’s current information where available. Compare the event description with the stage of the shipment rather than treating an estimated delivery time as a guarantee.

Ask a useful support question

If an event appears inconsistent or the parcel has not progressed beyond the route’s published guidance, contact support with the parcel number, latest dated event and the specific issue. Do not share account credentials. Keep any response and supporting parcel photos with the tracking record.

If the parcel arrives damaged

Photograph the unopened outer package, label and damage before unpacking where practical, then record the contents and contact the responsible support channel promptly. Eligibility for compensation depends on the service, route, insurance terms, evidence and reporting deadline shown for the actual shipment.

Read the latest event in context

A label created, parcel dispatched, export scan, arrival scan or delivery attempt each describes a different stage. The same parcel may have multiple identifiers after a carrier hand-off. Keep the route and number shown in your account and note which carrier produced each dated event.

Allow for gaps without guessing the cause

A missing scan may reflect a hand-off, a delay in a carrier update or another issue. It does not by itself prove loss or a customs hold. Compare the elapsed time with current route information and check whether a new tracking number is provided. Avoid sharing your account password when seeking help.

Prepare a useful support request

Provide the parcel number, route, dispatch date, most recent event and timestamp, then state the specific question. If a carrier requests information, verify the request using a known official channel and provide only what is needed. Save the response and any case number with the parcel record.

After a delivery attempt

Check the carrier notice for the current redelivery or collection process. A status of delivered should be compared with the delivery record, address and any safe-place instructions. Contact the relevant service promptly if the parcel is missing; keep the event history and avoid assuming an outcome before it is investigated.

If the parcel arrives damaged

Where practical, photograph the sealed outer package, shipping label and damage before opening, then photograph the contents and retain packaging. Ask support about the applicable notification deadline, route and insurance conditions. A tracking event or purchase receipt alone does not establish that a claim will be accepted.
