After-sales: preserve useful evidence

Keep listing details, QC images and parcel photos so a support question is specific.

Connect the order and the issue

Keep the original listing, selected size and colour, order identifier, price and any messages. When an item reaches the warehouse, save QC photos and the date on which they became available. Compare the same feature in the order and the image rather than making a general complaint.

Report a warehouse issue promptly

Describe the visible difference and the outcome you want: clarification, another photo, return or exchange. Joyagoo’s published guide says a return or exchange request can be made within five days after QC completion, subject to applicable conditions. Check the current order and seller rules; a request is not an automatic refund.

Record shipping and delivery

Save the parcel number, route, payment, tracking events and any insurance selection. If a delivered parcel is damaged, document the package and contents clearly and contact the appropriate support channel within the applicable time limit. Keep originals and timestamps when possible.

Understand costs and conditions

Joyagoo’s fee explanation says return shipping and handling may apply, and international freight and customs charges are separate possible costs. Ask for the current amount and eligibility before confirming a return or other paid service. The final outcome depends on the order, seller and current platform terms.

Make one record for each item

Save the seller listing and selected variant, order number, amount paid, order status and warehouse arrival or QC time. Save original QC photos and any measurement requests. When a listing changes or disappears, this record provides context for the option you actually selected.

Describe the difference precisely

Identify the visible issue, the relevant photo and the expected order option. State whether you want clarification, an extra image, an exchange or a return. A clear comparison such as ordered size versus photographed label is easier to investigate than a general statement that the product looks wrong.

Check the applicable return window

Joyagoo’s guide describes requesting return or exchange within five days after QC completion. Review the current deadline, seller conditions and item state in the account and ask about possible charges. A request can depend on the seller and platform rules and is not an unconditional refund. Keep the item out of a submitted international parcel while the request is unresolved.

Keep parcel evidence separately

Once a parcel is submitted, save its contents, route, shipping payment, any insurance selection, parcel number and dated carrier events. For visible delivery damage, record the outside, label and contents, retain packaging where possible and contact the appropriate support channel promptly.

Review the proposed resolution

Before agreeing to a paid return or other service, ask what is included, the current cost, the expected next step and how any refund is calculated. Preserve the case number and messages. Outcomes and time limits depend on the actual order, seller, route and current service terms.
